Product Description

Injection molded magnets are produced by mixing magnetic powder with a polymer matrix. Unlike traditional magnetic materials that are pressed and sintered, this process uses an injection molding machine to heat and inject the mixture into molds, producing products in various shapes. This method offers several unique advantages: it allows precise and complex shapes to be manufactured easily, reduces the risk of cracking during assembly, and enables one-step molding with inserts. As a result, injection molded magnets are widely used in applications requiring special shapes or conditions that other manufacturing methods cannot achieve.
